What is it exactly?

HUXSTA is a sales ecosystem connecting advocates (Huxstas), businesses, and shoppers/consumers. This enables a source of income and reward for those willing and proud to share deals throughout the community and support small businesses. The platform also provides a community of advocates and sales agents with a goal to support in acquisition and loyalty. For the shoppers/consumers (which of course can include the Huxstas) it provides access to value propositions for local favourites, be it discounts/upgrades/free additions etc.

What’s in it for me?

If you find yourself promoting and telling even one other person about a great experience or product YOU ARE A HUXSTA! Earn an income stream to fit your desired purpose. Either passively tell those close to you and if conversation allows or actively earn your way to your goals! You too can be a paid ‘influencer’ and have full clarity on your reach and redemption values.

I’m not a ‘salesperson’ – Is it for me?

If you are a person that shares a great experience or deal from products or services you’ve encountered – then YES! YOU are a HUXSTA. Rest assured no matter where on the scale of ‘sales’ experience, confidence, network reach etc, we at HUXSTA are there to guide, train and support for success to all.

How does it work?

As a Huxsta, simply download the app and complete registration. Engage and assign your favourite retail/trade/service business. Negotiate an agreed reward/offering and establish your very own campaign. Now using your unique QR code registration your friends/network can simply scan and enter their details to accept an offer. You can also issue via your known contacts in phone if unable to be face to face. Assign your offer to them and submit. Your friend can now receive their coupon via email (or shopper app if downloaded). Once redeemed at store/service point you’ll automatically receive your agreed bonus!

What kind of phone do I need?

The HUXSTA app is compatible with both iOS and Android. Check current version requirements at app store.

What experience do I need?

Absolutely none. The HUXSTA model isn’t based upon your previous experience, network, skill, education. Limited only by your knowledge in smartphone use perhaps.

How long does it take to setup?

Setup is outlined step-by-step in easy to use format. We estimate initial registration can take approx. 15mins (Including your Stripe registration to enable payments to you). This is only a once-off setup. A campaign shell setup can take as little as approx. 2mins.

Is there help available for me?

We will assist along the way to ensure you have the guidance and support required for success. Visit the website for ways we may help be it training, guide sheets, videos, blogs etc. You can also email at info@huxsta.com.au and request a phone call with one of our HUXSTA help representatives. Your success is everyone’s success and it’s our goal to assist as much as you’re a willing.

I feel bad for ‘selling’ to my friends/family. Is this normal?

HUXSTA’s aim is to present value for all. Value to the Business – as they gain a determined customer. Value to yourself as the HUXSTA of course as the advocate. And perhaps more importantly, value to the customer! The power of control over the value level or offering is the key and our advice. You want it to be attractive for redemption. You want it to be the offering you won’t feel bad for sharing, and they definitely wont feel bad in taking.

What does it cost me to be part of the platform?

For the HUXSTA it is free to download and initiate. The business pays the subscription – but ONLY once their first redemption has taken place. So, this makes it easier for you to engage and adopt their registration as no risk or upfront costs are placed upon them until initial success is had.

How much can I make?

This is limited only by your imagination and time. View our calculator on the website at huxsta.com.au for an indication of potential. Time spent, Coupons issued, coupons redeemed, commission values etc all need to be factored. The calculator makes this easy to view.

How do I get paid?

We use Stripe as the payment gateway. Per Stripe terms you’ll be paid to your nominated account. FYI HUXSTA doesn’t view or keep any Huxsta/customer/business banking details.

Who should I approach for a campaign?

Great question! Let’s perhaps start with what places you are a satisfied purchaser. This will make it more likely your willingness and passion for product are true. Or alternatively, consider what your network or potential customer targets likes are. This might be a good starting point. Do I need ID or what information do I need to provide?

No identification is required for the Huxsta app, however you may be required to provide ID to Stripe per there terms in order to receive payments. There you’ll also need to provide your bank details to receive.

How is my information used/kept?

No banking details are kept or seen by Huxsta for our Huxstas. These details are kept securely through the Stripe process. See Stripe terms for further details. Your contact details are retained by the Huxsta platform and utilised to communicate helpful information to guide success.

What information can I get on my ‘customers’?

Unless existing known contacts, in order to protect privacy customer details are viewed and retained by the platform and the engaged business (subject to subscription level). Customers are in control of their own accounts and what is visible also. You will of course have visibility on your issued coupon status i.e., pending/redeemed.

Can I be anonymous on the platform?

Your visibility is controlled via the settings in your app. You may be anonymous or initials only or full name.

Can I unsubscribe at any time?

Yes, you can unsubscribe at any time. Any owed commissions however may become void from this point.

Can I only advocate my campaigns?

Once you’ve established an active campaign you will be able to view ALL campaigns created by the HUXSTA community. And best of all, you can also share theirs and vice-versa. As the owner/initiator of the campaign you’ll get 20% of the owed commissions paid to the ‘selling’ Huxsta.

How long do I remain the assigned Huxsta for?

Campaign longevity is controlled at setup. At time of campaign renewal however the business will have option to reassign so it’s important to maintain relationship with your adopted businesses and most of all – get the results!

Do I have to be face to face with the recipient?

You have the ability to issue coupons to known contacts within your address book.

Can I use my socials to promote?

Each QR code is a single use coupon so by sharing your unique code this will work only once for the first person to redeem. Coming soon will be the ability to promote using your socials and to promote e-commerce businesses.

Can I purchase/redeem campaign coupons also?

This is a great benefit in being an active HUXSTA. You get the opportunity to take advantage of all the great value offerings yourself of course! Enjoy!.. And tell others of this benefit to help build the HUXSTA community. Simply issue to your self via the ‘open link’ option.

What will it cost me to subscribe?

Subscription levels are from $25/month. Payable ONLY from when your first successful redemption – No result, no pay. Agreed commissions to Huxstas in campaign setup are also paid on redemption.

I already spend some money on social and web campaigning. Is this worth it or needed?

With no risk until your first successful redemption, HUXSTA is a great addition to your marketing mix. Or even its replacement, as your community builds so does your ROI. Giving you full visibility on your reach and network connection, issuance volumes and redemption lists, you are in total control.

How long does it take to setup?

Can I unsubscribe at any time?

You can unsubscribe at any time, however live campaigns and coupons will still be active until their nominated end date.

Can I choose my Huxsta/s?

Of course. You may nominate a known Huxsta or even continue and create a campaign that will be visible to anyone on the platform. Suggested to have an assigned Huxsta as they will be motivated to maintain campaign success for their equal benefit. If you’re unapproached, why not consider a satisfied customer to be your advocate? Or even create an employee reward for top advocates/performers.

Can I use it for my e-commerce business?

This functionality is coming soon. Follow and subscribe for updated information and announcements. Currently Huxsta is designed for B2C interaction.

I’m an influencer. Can I use HUXSTA to monetise my reach?

How do I handle the redemption?

Redemption can be processed via your web dash portal or via the HUXSTA Business app. Simply scan the presented QR code (or enter coupon ID) and select ‘REDEEM’. Payments will automatically be made per campaign setup.

What systems do I need?

Access to internet for web dash view or smartphone for iOS or Android. Check current app version requirements via the app store.

Does Huxsta integrate into my cashiering system?

This functionality is being investigated. Follow and subscribe for updated information and announcements.

What can I expect to be the results of my campaign?

Can I view performance?

Up to the minute performance is viewable via your dash view or app for all your campaigns. Reporting can also be downloaded via your dash view portal.

What information do I need to provide?

In order to fully initiate a campaign, you’ll need to complete the registration process consisting of: Business details, banking details, Personal/owner details. All information securely processed per our privacy and terms. Viewable on the website.

Is there support in account setup/campaign build?

Can I make multiple redemption options or multiple visit options for loyalty build?

This option is facilitated in our $100 subscription tier. Along with ability to utilise as payment system for your customers. With this subscription HUXSTA can also collate and act as CRM tool for you.

Can I also be a Huxsta?

Most certainly! We find business owners have a great network of fellow owners and suppliers and utilising the HUXSTA platform for referrals is a fantastic way to stay networked. Best of all, as a registered HUXSTA you’ll also benefit from being able to take advantage of the full range of coupons yourself!

Can I also make purchases?

As a registered HUXSTA you’ll have access to purchase any of the showing campaigns.

Can I engage and include my suppliers?

What a great way to stay connected and mutually reward for advocacy! Yes of course, any registered business is able to register on the HUXSTA platform and create campaigns.

What developments will there be in the platform?

We’re excited about the future and y/ours collective successes. Coming to the platform will be a locality function to make finding around you’ more visible and have clarity on your reach range for greater marketing power.
